Construction & Monitored Demolition
Aerial Videography and Photography
Aerial photos and videos are an innovative and modern way of monitoring the progress of projects, no matter the size of the job. The first thing we do is liaise with you to identify exactly what your requirements are. Then, after checking the airspace and legalities of the project, we put a plan in place to begin monitoring the ongoing project as it grows. On site, our Remote Pilot will perform a safety walk around before each mission. The drone will then get airborne, taking as many photos and videos as you require. Finally, the media is sent off to our Editing Team before being sent directly to you.
We discuss with the client the process of the demolition, whether it be a building, structure or any other object. A full RAMS is given for every demolition project we do.
The drone will film for up to 25 minutes at a time so the user can play back and watch the demolition process. We can also take photographs of the demolition from above, showing the extraordinary event as it happened. Another great benefit here is we can show this live to the client as it is happening or stream live on Social Media – this is a great way to advertise the work as it happens.
What better way to advertise than to see this from 100’ above the demolition itself?
3D Interactive Models
Our modelling service provides invaluable aerial data to industries such as creating 3D models of cities, construction sites, agriculture, mining, forestry, etc. The 3D models can be seen on a computer or through VR goggles. Compatible with CAD/REVIT. Able to be exported in the following formats: 3D Model (.obj, .las, .xyz) and PointCloud.
The 3D model service uses photogrammetry; the science of making measurements from photographs. By taking anything up to 2,000 images (3 acres requires approximately 500 photos), a realistic model is produced which is great for allowing the client of a multi-million pound project to be able to interact with the progress of the construction.
Have you ever wanted an easy way to look around a construction site, seeing the ground, walls and roofs from the comfort of your office? A 360° Sphere is an interactive image where the user can manually move around the view of the site from the “eye of the drone”, being able to see the exact geography of each feature, building and location and where it is situated on the site.
Be a step ahead…
Architect's Rendered Design
We work closely with your Architect to provide a service that is leaps and bounds ahead of time. Our aerial video will show a location as it looks today, whether that be a field, car park or an existing site. Then, throughout the video, the Architect’s Design is slowly rendered in. By the end of the video, you and your clients will be able to see how the development will look before work has even began!
An example here…
• Show your client how the end result will look before the first spade even touches the ground
• A fantastic way to promote the end product to the surrounding public and clients
• A unique way for you to tender new jobs – and increase the chance of winning them!
• Animated photograph or animated video options available
